WINONA, Minn. - Bridget Pethke had 32 points as 21st-ranked Saint Mary's defeated visiting St. Olaf 76-54 in a MIAC women's basketball game on Wednesday night.

Pethke was 8-of-10 from the field, including 5-for-6 from three, and 11-of-13 from the line in the win. The Cardinals (16-1, 13-1 MIAC) built a 45-20 lead at the half and won their 13th straight in the process.

The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for the Oles (11-6, 9-5 MIAC), who were led by Kim Cerjan's 13 points and 12 from Elise Raney.

Courtney Euerle added 10 points and 11 rebounds and Shelby Auseth 14 points and eight boards for SMU.

St. Olaf cut the SMU advantage to 13 with 9:32 left but the host Cardinals scored the next 10 points, including five straight by Pethke, to put the game out of reach.
