2006-07 - Varsity letter winner...named MIAC Swimmer of the Week...MIAC Championships runner-up in the 1650 freestyle...qualified for NCAA Championships in the 1650 freestyle...posted second fastest 1650 time and third fastest 1000 time in St. Olaf history...times include 500 freestyle - 4:44.71 (2005 MIAC Championships, 2/17/05), 1650 freestyle - 16:10.45 (2005 MIAC Championships, 2/19/05), 400 IM - 4:21.14 (2007 MIAC Championships, 2/16/07) .
2005-06 - Received varsity letter... Set pool record at Macalester in the 800m freestyle (8:56.73)... Third place at MIAC Championships in the 1650 freestyle.
2004-05 - Received varsity letter...All-Conference.

Has swam for 11 years... Received varsity letters all four years of high school... All-Conference all four years... All-Region junior and senior year... Varsity captain junior and senior years... Was 12th in state in 500 free in 2001, in 2002 was 11th in state in 500 free and 16th in state in 200 free, in 2003 was sixth in state in 500 free and 15th in state in 200 free, and in 2004 was third in state in 500 free and 10th in state in 200 free... In water polo he has received varsity letters junior and senior years... All-Conference senior year... Team MVP senior year... Varsity captain senior year... First team all conference in 2003.
