2008-09 (Senior) - NCAA Division III National Champion in the 200 IM with a time of 1:48.82 and in the 200 breast with a time of 1:59.26... Career 19-time All-American... At the NCAA Division III National Championships placed second in the 100 breast swimming a 54.48, placed second in both the 200 and 400 medley relays with times of 1:29.82 and 3:17.71, and placed seventh in the 800 freestyle relay with a time of 6:44.80... Had the top MIAC times in the 100 breast (54.48) 200 breast (1:58.98) and 200 IM (1:48.82).

2007-08 (Junior)-
Was the NCAA Division III Champion in the 200 IM... Was fourth in the 100 Fly and fifth in the 100 Breast at the NCAA's... Swam on St. Olaf's second place 200 Medley Relay, fourth place 400 Medley Relay, ninth place 800 Free Relay and 14th place 200 Free Relay... Named MIAC's Swimmer of the Meet... Broke a meet and MIAC record in the 200 IM with a time of 1:50.96... Also swam on the record-breaking 400 medley relay team with a time of 3:23.02... Member of the 200 medley relay team breaking the MIAC record of 1:31.64... won the 100 butterfly (49.50) and the 100 breaststroke (56.82) at the MIAC championships... St. Olaf swimmer of the year...Twice Division III male swimmer of the week...

2006-07
(Sophomore) - Was the NCAA Division III Champion in the 200 IM... Won three individual events at the conference championships... MIAC's Swimmer of the Meet...

2005-06 (First Year) - St. Olaf male swimmer of the year.

AT WEST SALEM H.S.
Earned varsity letters each of four years... All-Conference selection as a junior and senior... Team MVP sophomore, junior and senior seasons... Varsity captain for three years... Coaches Award recipient as a junior and senior... His team won the state championship when he was a senior and took third when he was a junior.
