Chuck Peppel begins his first year as a volunteer assistant coach at St. Olaf in the 2012-13 season. Peppel has helped coach youth wrestling since 1972. He graduated from Barnesville High School in 1970 and was a co-captain of his wrestling team. Peppel attended Augustana and the U of M Moorhead.
Peppel currently lives in Barnesville with his wife Patti and sons Michael and Clayton. He has eight other children, Chas, Christopher, Mary, Landon, Ben, Ian, Jeffery, and Hans.
