Week One Opening Day Family Schedule (Family & Parents)*

8:00am-3:30pm  Family Coffee and Information Fair
Buntrock Commons Crossroads Lounge
Meet and mingle over a cup of coffee with other parents and families and St. Olaf staff. There will be a wide variety of information tables staffed to help answer your questions about a variety of topics including: Financial Aid/Student Work, Health Services, Athletics, Music Organizations, Housing/Meal Plans, and more.
11:00am-2:00pm        Lunch
Buntrock Commons South Plaza (Rain site:  Buntrock Commons Stav Hall)
A box lunch will be served continuously during this time.
11:30am- 2:30pm Parent Workshops
A variety of workshops to help answer, in more detail, questions you may have about your son or daughter’s first year at St. Olaf.
2:30pm  Deans’ Program
Boe Memorial Chapel
A brief program for all parents to hear from the Dean of the College and the Dean of Students.
4:00pm   "A St. Olaf Welcome"
Skoglund Center
This special program will be the official welcome of both new students and their parents/guests. Plan on saying "good-byes" immediately following this program, as students will head to the field house and meet their advisor for the First-Year Student/Advisor Picnic.
