JANUARY 1 – APRIL 1
Submit 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)—available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
MAY 1 (POSTMARK DATE)
Make first $300 deposit
Return signed award letter to Financial Aid Office
MAY 1 – JUNE 15
If you have accepted any of the federal or state grants, loans, or student employment in your financial aid package, visit our website: http://www.stolaf.edu/services/financialaid/forms.htm
and submit the following forms to our office no later than June 15, 2009:

_____Federal/State Authorization
_____Student Employment Application
_____Student Employment Payment Method Form
_____09-10 Verification Form – Dependent Student
REMEMBER: Include signed taxes and W2s for the student and the parents.

If you have accepted any loans in your financial aid package, now is the time to complete your Student Alternative Loan Applications, Master Promissory Notes, and Entrance Counseling for federal loans at: www.stolaf.edu/services/financialaid/loans.htm
JULY 1
Submit payment method form to TMS if selecting monthly or quarterly payment plans
AUGUST 14
Fall Semester Payment Due
Make sure to bring two forms of identification with you to campus if you plan on working, so that you can complete your I-9 Form. We will not give you your employment assignment unless you have proper identification.
