Refrigerator Rental Information
Collegiate Services offers this refrigerator rental program in partnership with the Residence Life Office at St. Olaf College. A portion of the rental fee goes to support student programming and other activities.

In order to make move-in day easier and smoother, all orders need to be placed online. If you do not have Internet access or are otherwise unable to order online, please call our office at 612-716-5827. Please keep in mind almost all of the frequently asked questions are answered on our web site.
Some things to remember when ordering:
- The student renter needs to complete the order. Part of the online process involves electronically signing a rental contract. (If the student is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian will need to complete the order.)
- The order processing system will give you the option of paying with a credit card online or mailing a check.

Refrigerator Rental FAQ's:
Q. Is it necessary to reserve a refrigerator during the summer, or can I rent once I get to campus?
A. If you are interested in a refrigerator, we highly recommend pre-registration on-line. Quantities are limited, but you may be able to rent one when you arrive on campus. Because of limited quantities on hand at each campus, it is possible that a refrigerator may be dropped off with you at a later date.
Q. What happens if I change my mind about renting?
A. All monies paid to reserve the unit are refundable if you cancel before the start of the school year. You need to log in to your account on our website and go to the Forms page and fill out a Cancellation Form. If you are already on campus, you may visit one of our distribution locations and let us know you would like to cancel. A refund check or credit to your credit card will be generated from our home office. Please allow 4 weeks for processing of your refund - checks will be mailed to your home address.
Q. What happens in the event the refrigerator stops working or is not working to my satisfaction?
A. Contact us immediately on-line and we will deliver a replacement unit if necessary.
Q. When will my refrigerator need to be returned?
A. Return procedures (including dates and times) vary greatly by school. As the end of the spring term approaches, we communicate return information by campus mail, e-mail, and posters in the halls. If you do not see return information within 1 week of the start of spring final exams, please check your school's page under Important Dates on our website or contact us directly.
