Please fill out your health form and return it through one of the two summer mailings no later than August 1st. Please use the checklist provided to insure you completely and accurately fill out the form. Students who do not provide all the information, obtain and document the required immunizations, or obtain a physical (within the last year) will not be allowed to register for fall classes.
The American College Health Association recommends that all students living in residence halls be vaccinated against meningitis. If you are unable to get this vaccine from your local physician, it is available in Health Services. Please read and share with your parents the enclosed information sheet on Meningitis and Viral Hepatitis.
Please call or contact Health Services if you have further questions (507-786-3063) or email healthservices@stolaf.edu. We look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your heath care needs while you are at St. Olaf College.
