Greetings Oles! With Thanksgiving and the holiday season fast approaching, there is one food item you won’t want missing from your table: LEFSE!

Maybe you read about this event in a past St. Olaf magazine story. Maybe you heard rumors about fun with flour and dough. Either way, this year, learn how to bake it yourself! We’ll even have prizes for the best and most creative lefse!

The gathering will be from 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday, November 14th, at Zion-St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 339 East 84th Street.

There is no charge for the event, but we ask that you RSVP as space is limited and early preparation is needed. More information and registration. Please register by Tuesday, November 10th.
