Description
We gather rain or shine for this event that has proven to be a fun and growing tradition for members of the New York-area alumni and parent club. As a large Ole group, we act as a unit in the parade, enjoying the spring day and conversations along the route.
We will meet at 84th Street and 5th Avenue. The parade proceeds north along Fifth Avenue to 67th Street, ending at Leif Ericson Park. We’ll join together afterward for food and beverages at a nearby TBD restaurant. Just pay on your own.
Arrive by 1 p.m. to be there in time for the parade, which begins at 1:30 p.m. Meet the St. Olaf group at 84th Street and 5th Avenue. Wear your black and gold and look for the black and gold!
This event is quite large, so allow extra time for parking in Brooklyn. If you come by subway, take the R Train (local) to 86th Street Station, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
