Diving Camp ExperienceSt. Olaf Diving Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 13-17 who have been diving competitively in an association or school program for at least one season. The camp's comprehensive approach utilizes pool time, dry-land and weight training, dry-board practice, video review and classroom sessions to improve all aspects of your diving. Camp Session and Fee
Daily Activities Camp includes two sets of divers who are grouped by age and ability. Instruction on 1 and 3 meter boards, dry-land and dry-board practice, and group instruction make up the instructional portion of each day, but camp is definitely not all work and no play! Recreational activities in cooperation with the St. Olaf Swim Camp, led by the coaches and counselors, include softball games, a bonfire, a dance, movie night, pizza night and other less structured activities.
