Then plan to attend the St. Olaf wrestling camp, a training program designed to improve fundamental techniques necessary to become the best wrestler possible. All aspects of high school wrestling will be covered. Our camp provides a complete experience on the beautiful St. Olaf campus. Mat time and other training activities are balanced with recreational activities supervised by camp coaches and counselors.

Meet the Coaches
Head Coach Sean Ahrar
Sean Ahrar, St. Olaf College, head wrestling coach. Ahrar was the head coach at Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell, S.D., leading seven Tigers to the NAIA National Championships and producing two Great Plains Athletic Conference Champions and one Region Champion. Ahrar spent two seasons at Carleton College earning the MIAC's coach of the year in 2003.
He coached internationally and at the high school level for six years prior to taking the position at Carleton. He was a varsity wrestler at Minnesota State University-Mankato as well as the 1988 Men's National Collegiate Olympic Weightlifting Champion.

Room and Board
Campers are housed two to a room in comfortable, secure student residence halls. Bedding and a bath towel are provided. Coaches and counselors live in the residence halls and provide 24-hour supervision of campers and their activities. The college also provides a security staff that operates 24/7 year-round.
Campers enjoy healthy and abundant choices starting with dinner Sunday night through lunch Thursday. Meals include fresh fruit and vegetables, hot entrees, grilled items, a deli bar, salad bar and the popular dessert station.
Location and Transportation Information
St. Olaf College is located in historic Northfield, Minn., 40 miles south of the Twin Cities metro area. Since many campers come from out of state, we provide an airport pick-up and shuttle service to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.
Shuttle reservation forms will be sent to all out-of-state registrants. Reservations must be made two weeks prior to the start of camp. $55 round trip and $35 one way.
Refund Policy
Written cancellations received by May 15 are eligible for a full refund minus the $100 deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 15. Substitutions are accepted.
