Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund for tickets I cannot use?
We regret that it is not possible to exchange or refund tickets. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may return them no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of the performance and receive a gift receipt noting the value of the tickets for your tax records.
How long is the performance?
Two hours, with no intermission.
What time should we arrive?
The Christmas Festival is held in Skoglund Center Auditorium Concert times are 7:30 p.m. on Thursday-Saturday evenings and 3 p.m. on Sunday. Please arrive with ample time to spare because you may have to walk some distance from the parking lots
to Skoglund Center, and the crowd is the entrance foyer can be large.
Do all the seats have backs?
Yes, the stadium seats do have backs. The chairs on the floor are folding chairs, with backs.
Do the aisles with steps have railings?
Yes
Can I bring my children?
Children under the age of six are not admitted into the concert.
What about parking for the concert?
Parking is available in any campus lot.
Courtesy shuttle buses are provided from Buntrock Commons to Skoglund Center, beginning 75 minutes before each performance and running continuously until the start of the performance. Following the Christmas Festival performances, the courtesy buses will run from Skoglund Center to Buntrock commons. Please expect at least a 15 minute wait, as buses may be caught in traffic.
Will there be a coat check?
Yes, the St. Olaf’s women’s softball team will provide a coat check service in Skoglund Center during the concert. Contributions are appreciated.

To avoid disruption of the Christmas Festival, do not bring or use a camera or video and audio recording equipment in the
Skoglund Center Auditorium
Please hold your applause until the end of the concert.
