St. Olaf Christmas Festival Ticketing
Priority for Christmas Festival tickets is given to members of the extended St. Olaf community, including current students, their parents, donors, and alumni of the college. A very limited number of returned tickets may be available at the door on the night of each performance on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee, however, that any such tickets will be available.
Online Ordering
Parents of current St. Olaf students and alumni of the college should refer to the Christmas Festival brochure that arrived in the mail. You must have the reservation code that is located above the address label on the Christmas Festival brochure to complete your online order. Please have it available when it's time for you to log onto the ticketing site.
Tickets will become available on the following dates. Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to the online ordering form.
Monday, September 28
Parents of students who are performing in the St. Olaf Christmas Festival (Chapel Choir, Manitou Singers, St. Olaf Cantorei, St. Olaf Choir, St. Olaf Orchestra or the Viking Chorus) may order tickets on this day. Limit is 2 tickets per household.
Tuesday, September 29
Parents of other currently enrolled St. Olaf students may order tickets on this day. Limit is 2 tickets per household plus one ticket for each currently enrolled student not performing in the Festival.
Wednesday, September 30
St. Olaf alumni donors will be among the first alumni eligible to order Christmas Festival tickets on this day. Please note that this advanced ordering date does not guarantee that you will receive tickets. Limit is 2 tickets per household.
Donor criteria is as follows:

Have given $100 or more between June 1, 2008 and August 15, 2009
Have given $1000 or more cumulative lifetime giving
Have given a gift of any amount and have graduated in the past 5 years (Classes of 2005-2009)
Three equal-sized blocks of tickets will be available at:

All other alumni may order tickets online on this day. Limit is 2 tickets per household. If any tickets are remaining, three equal-sized blocks of tickets will be available at:

Please understand that there is a limited number of Christmas Festival tickets. There is a total of 11, 648 available tickets for the Christmas Festival performances. There are over 40,000 parent and alumni constituents that may request tickets. We appreciate your understanding that because of extremely limited seating, we will not be able to provide Christmas Festival tickets to all those who wish to attend.
