Ticket Ordering Information
The ticketing process allows parents and alumni to order tickets online, eliminating the traditional paper “ticket request form” that required four to five weeks of processing time. Now you will know immediately about ticket availability, allowing you to make your travel plans in a more timely fashion. Due to high demand, there is a two-ticket limit. You will receive the best available seats for the date of your choice.
2008 tickets online ordering procedure
Step 1: Locate your Christmas Festival reservation code on the address label of the brochure you received in the mail. It is directly above your name in the address label. Note: Do not use the identification number from your St. Olaf Magazine.
Step 2: Log on to www.StOlafChristmasFestival.com and follow the prompts.
Additional Information
A $5 per-transaction fee will be charged for the cost of shipping and handling your order. A credit card will be needed to complete the transaction. Please have your credit card available when you order tickets.
As you order your tickets, you may link directly to the Partners in Annual Giving website to make a contribution to the Christmas Festival. Although a contribution is voluntary, your gift will help us build upon this longstanding and cherished tradition.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Your tickets and additional Christmas Festival information will be mailed to you within 30 days of your order.
If you are not able to secure tickets to the St. Olaf Christmas Festival, we encourage you to check local listings for radio broadcasts in your area.
