also remain the same each year starting in 2012. The decisions of the Board of the Kierkegaard House Foundation will be made at their annual meeting to take place on or near March 1, starting in 2012.

The Seventh International Kierkegaard Conference
The Hong Kierkegaard Library will host the Seventh International Kierkegaard Conference from June 23 to June 27th, 2013. Professor Bruce Kirmmse will offer the plenary address for this bicentennial celebration of Kierkegaard's birth following the Opening Dinner on Sunday, June 23.
The program for the Conference will include the presentation of 67 papers during the day
Monday-Thursday noon, June 24-27. Comments and questions will follow each paper. Two
workshops will be held on Tuesday evening, June 25. on Kierkegaard and Psychology and on Kierkegaard and Politics. The Spanish/Portuguese Translation Seminar will meet. . A dramatic presentation will be given on Monday evening, June 24. The Soren Kierkegaard Society of the United States will hold a meeting on Wednesday evening, June 26. A book exhibition and booksigning event will be held, time to be announced. The conference will close with a luncheon at midday on Thursday, June 27.ALL PARTICIPANTS AND ATTENDERS MUST REGISTER TO TAKE PART IN THIS CONFERENCE.

The Seventh Julia Watkin Memorial Kierkeaard Lecture - 7:00 PM. Dittmann Center 305 was presented by Ronald M.Green, Eunice and Julian Cohen Professor for the Study of Ethics and Human Values, Department of Religion, Dartmouth College, on the following subject: Inherited Sin: Kierkegaard on Guilt across Generations
Professor Green offered the following summary of his forthcoming lecture:
"In Either/Or and The Concept of Anxiety Kierkegaard endeavors to rehabilitate the Christian concept of hereditary sin. He does this by reinventing the Antigone story. I seek to interpret Kierkegaard’s arguments and illustrate their validity by drawing on a modern fictional source, the 2010 Oscar-nominated film “Incendies,” by the Quebec director Denis Villeneuve. With the Lebanese civil war as its focus, “Incendies” provides a vivid illustration of how sexuality can entwine with human sinfulness, perpetuate it, and perhaps even redeem it. SPOILER WARNING: This presentation reveals the plot of this surprising film."

Lecture for Summer Fellows and Young Scholars by Antony Aumann, Philosophy Dept., Northern Michigan University, entitled "Self-Love and Neighbor-Love in Kierkegaard's Ethics".
The Spring Meeting of the Friends of the Hong Kierkegaard Library took place on May 8, 2012. A Business Meeting took place in the Library at 3:45 followed by dinner in Buntrock Commons at 5:00. A discussion among Friends followed in the LIbrary on the subject of Kierkegaard's social/political philosophy.
The Inaugural Talk in the Kierkegaard House Foundation Fellows Lecture Series was presented by Dr. Almut Furchert pm April 18, 2012 in Regents Hall on the St. Olaf campus. This lecture series will be ongoing, supported by the Hong Kierkegaard Library in assocation with the Kierkegaard House Foundation. Dr. Furchert's talk was entitled "Soren Kierkegaard as 'Physician of the Soul':Implications for the Philosophy of Mental Health and Healing".
