Parliamentarian and Secretary
At the April meeting of the faculty, the Nominating Committee nominates and the faculty elects members to serve in the positions of secretary to the faculty and parliamentarian. The terms are for one year.
The secretary of the faculty is responsible for taking the minutes of each faculty meeting and having them posted on the website of the Dean of the College. The secretary also submits a formal record of all proceedings of the faculty meetings to the College Archives at the end of the academic year.
The Parliamentarian is Doug Casson.
The Secretary to the Faculty is Kari Lie.
