New Chalk Talk - Adult/Coach OleChess Camp
This new and exciting offering was developed to meet the increasing desire among adult beginners and adult coaches to learn the fundamentals of chess. Chalk Talk is approriate for novice adults up to expert strength. The class not only focuses on fundamentals, other aspects include:
- general understanding of strategy and tactics
- chess history and its place in understanding the game
- classical chess games, how to defeat younger opponents
- how to teach and coach chess
This adult chess camp option will provide take-away materials and a letter of recommendation for the USCF Certified Chess Coach Program.
$25 discount offered to coaches bringing at least 4 players from one school to the OleChess Camp 2012.
