Dive Camp Daily Activities:
Coaches divide divers into multiple groups based on age and ability. Instruction on 1-meter boards, trampoline, dry-land and dry-board practice, and group lessons make up the instructional portion of each day. But camp is definitely not all work and no play! Recreational activities in cooperation with the St. Olaf Swim Camp, led by the coaches and counselors, include softball games, a bonfire, a dance, movie night, pizza night and activities.
