High Performance Swim Camp is designed for experienced swimmers who are ready to learn and implement conditioning principles, more effective training components along with technical skill development. Swimmers work on core-body exercises to increase body strength and flexibility through a variety of dry-land exercises. The camp also focuses on goal setting, nutrition, psychological skills training, race and training strategies and team building principles that lead to consistent, successful performance.
Swimmers are challenged daily with three workouts: one that focuses on conditioning, one technical workout on a particular stroke and one video recorded workout. To maximize the benefits of this training, each camper should be in excellent condition at the beginning of swim camp. This camp is open to varsity level boys and girls ages 13 through incoming high school seniors.
