Welcome
to my Web Portfolio, or, for short: "Webfolio." The purpose of this
website
is to offer
viewers a chance to experience how I've made religious connections
between all of my papers, studies, and life, in and outside of the
classroom. Utimately, I'm taking "The Bible and Contemporary Moral
Reflection" because I'm searching for connections between today's
politically high-charged ethics and social debates with what the bible
really has to say about them.
In order to connect all of this knowledge together, I written several
papers over the course of the term and have learned many new terms and
ideas to fill a page referred to as the "FAQ" page. I have reformatted
this page into a different format than my midterm edition; rather than
a list, I have changed it into a series of questions about the bible
with the terms providing assistance to answer those questions.
For this specific project, I am significantly proud of my efforts in
designing a web page. It is my first time at designing a web page, and
I've found it quite enjoyable. I have come in with quite a bit of
experience with other programming languages, but very little HTML. Much
of my webpage is visual graphics, created using the Open-Source
graphics editor GIMP 2.0. The photos have been supplied by my friends
and the St. Olaf website.
This website was created using Netscape Composer, a component of the
Open-Source SeaMonkey Internet Application Suite, from the Mozilla
Foundation.
