Greenhouse
Plant of the Week
The St. Olaf College Greenhouse measures 24' X 38' and boasts a collection
of over 350 species of plants. The collection includes a variety of
different cacti and succulents, tropical and subtropical plants, nearly
100 species of orchids, and many plants of economic or ethnobotanical
importance. These plants are used as demonstration material in a variety
of courses. The greenhouse is also the location of many faculty and
student research projects.
