Cartesian Coordinate files contain mostly smaller molecules (exa. C₆₀ compared to a large protein) The Indiana database contains all the molecules that they have modeled at Indiana University. Molecular Origami brings in the numbers in as one set of data. In otherwords it does not allow you to delete atoms from the molecule.
