Transportation from the airport to Northfield

The conference has arranged with CareTenders shuttle service provide transportation to and from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. To reserve a seat on the shuttle, please make your air reservations first, then phone 1-888-492-RIDE (7433), or go to the online reservation form at http://www.careextenders.com/caretenders.html. CareTenders will need your airline and arrival information, and you will get instructions for how to find them at the airport. Be sure to let them know that you are coming for the Innovations conference. If you are attending the conference CareTenders will offer you a discounted round-trip rate of $75 (from the full fare of $85).

Rental cars from all the major companies are available at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. These are often cheaper than the shuttle, particularly if there are two or more travellers.

Transportation Between the Conference Hotels and the Colleges

We will provide a local shuttle that will run at designated times between the conference venues (at St. Olaf and Carleton Colleges) and the conference hotels.
