The St. Olaf Garden Research and Organic Works (STOGROW) Farm is a student-run organic farm that grows vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers for the St. Olaf community in cooperation with Bon Appetit Management Company. Founded in 2004 by Dan Borek and Dayna Burtness, STOGROW Farm's mission is to increase campus sustainability by providing a source of local, sustainably grown produce as well as increasing the richness of learning opportunities at the College.
