Summer Research in CS at St. Olaf, 2011
There's a full slate of CS-related research possibilities at St. Olaf this summer! Check out these projects, ask the supervising prof(s) questions (Dick Brown also knows about all of the projects), then sign up by Feb 15.
Don't be shy! It can't hurt to apply, and if you have at least the minimum background, you can learn the rest on the job. We all take over the CS lab and work together throughout the summer -- it's fun!
Logic programming, parallelism, and artificial intelligence (Prof. Richard Allen)
Respond to Manycore: Parallel computing for all CS students (Prof. Richard Brown)
Making power computing available in all disciplines (Prof. Richard Brown)
Super-high performance computer networking (Prof. Richard Brown)
