Companydance/Veselica Service Hours
Companydance and Veselica Dancers:
In the dance community we need to help and support each other as
we create and present dance. This is true as well for the
St. Olaf Dance Community. There are various performances, special
events, and workshops held during the year in which we need help
and support. Without your help we would not be able to provide all
the exciting events in dance. We are requiring these service hours
of all members of Companydance and Veselica. Any member who makes
an obligation to a show and fails to show up or drops out without
finding a replacement before the scheduled deadline will have any
opportunity during auditions the following year seriously hampered.
Please record your hours on a service hour form and submit it to the administrative assistant in the main office. Your Service Hours will then be recorded on an excel spreadsheet. You can access this spreadsheet on the Shared drive in a folder called "Companydance Service Hours".
Service hour forms can be downloaded here. Complete and return to the dance department main office. Here is a sample of the form:
Download a form or pick up
a form in the office or from any of the dance faculty. Complete
the form, have a faculty/staff sign it and turn it into the office.
Your hours will be recorded and posted on the Shared drive.
