DITTMANN DANCE STUDIOS POLICIES AND RESERVATIONS
Dittmann Center has three beautiful dance studios that are in high-demand during the academic year. If you would like to reserve a dance studio please read carefully.
Priority order for studio usage:
- Dance Faculty and Dance Classes
- Dance Department Guest Artists
- Students from Dance Department Academic classes
- Students from Veselica or Companydance
- Other Academic Classes from St. Olaf
- Extra Curricular Activities from St. Olaf
- Off campus Users
ST. OLAF FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS
The use of the dance studios is contingent on space availability. Dance staff and students receive first consideration. Student groups wishing to use a dance studio may reserve it for a maximum of two hours, two times per week, one being on the weekend and one during the week.

How To Reserve a Dance Studio:
STEP ONE
Click here to be added to the Moodle course called "Dance Studio Use Certification".STEP TWO
After you receive an email confimation that you have been addd to the course, log onto Moodle to read the rules, watch a short video and complete a quiz based on what you learned. You must get 100% correct on the quiz.STEP THREE
After you have passed the quiz, complete and submit the Dance Studio Use Request Form.
NON-ST. OLAF REQUESTS
If you are a non-St. Olaf faculty, staff or student and want to reserve a studio during the summer months, please contact the Office of Camps, Conferences and Events at 507-786-3031 or email conferences@stolaf.edu.
