- How to Create Your Portfolio - Student Teachers and other Education students may use this handout to help create their portfolios. It contains information about creating hyperlinks and a reminder about the importance of using RELATIVE hyperlinks in your portfolio.
- Index Page for Teaching Portfolio - this is a template students can use to design their portfolio. It lists all the standards that students are expected to meet for licensure.
- Reflection Template - this is a template students can use to help them write about each standard. It describes what is expected for the explanation of the standard, the experience with the standard, and the explanation of the evidence.

Planning and Assessment for Student Learning/Feedback Loop
- Student Teaching: Planning and Assessment for Student Learning (PASL) Assignment - this is a template you can use for the PASL assignments you will complete during student teaching. Remember to send a copy to your generalist and specialist supervisors.
- Student Teaching: PASL Reflection - this should be completed after teaching your PASL unit and sent to your generalist supervisor.
- Student Teaching: PASL Rubric - this is the Rubric your generalist supervisor will use to assess your PASL assignment.
- Student Teaching: Feedback Loop for Student Learning Assignment - this is a template music students can use for the PASL; it should be sent to both generalist and specialist supervisors.
