This form is ONLY for use by current student teachers at St. Olaf College in order to send information regarding their daily schedule for the staff in the Department of Education. This form is not intended to be used as a direct method of contact with the department, but rather, a convenient way to communicate information from the "blue cards" without the hastle of conventional postal mail.
