Rosie Pfarr-Baker received a B.A. in Mathematics Education from St. Olaf College and a M. Ed. in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University. She teaches the Urban Education Practicum and Seminar and is the Director of Field Experiences and Licensure. Rosie's experience includes teaching math at a high school in Tucson, Arizona, and working as a counselor in the St. Paul and Minneapolis school districts. Her areas of interest include educational opportunity and multicultural education. She enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughter and son, playing volleyball and tennis, and going boating.
