Cannon River Wilderness Area
The Cannon River Wilderness Area is a Rice County park
located 5 miles south of Northfield on Highway 3. The park features
850 acres of wooded valley, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, and
picnic areas. The park is part of the Big
Woods Project.
