
The 2005 Class of Environmental Studies majors focused on the implications from our production and consumption of food. We looked at how food production changed from being historically a localized system to what is now a global event. We addressed topics ranging from transnational corporations to farmer's markets, from organic food production to genetically modified crops and nearly everything in between.
