BWCA

The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) is located in Northeastern Minnesota

In the image above the BWCAW is marked by the cream colored area.

“The BWCAW is a maze of lakes, portages, hiking trails, bogs, rock ridges,

and forests.  It is a complex of dreams, visions, history, ecology, and dispute.

Men and women have touched this land and felt it in their souls.”
