- teaching, sabbatical data for faculty in pivot table for easy retrieval in a variety of ways
- academic searches
- graduation audits
- check requests, deposits
2. Planning/Managing:
- receptions and gatherings
- gifts for graduates, certificates
- catering for events
- posters, advertising for events, invitations
- conference travel
- meetings for committees, departments
- on-campus conferences or seminars
3. Research:
- practices at other institutions
- manage alumni records
4. Department/Program Website:
- create webpages
- e-publish newsletters
- department surveys
- online course evaluations
5. Recording minutes of department, committee meetings
- Ordering:
- desk copies
- course packets
- office supplies
6. Assisting with technology for guest speakers
- order AV equipment
*Although your AAA is will assist you with any task you need done, please remember that generally copying, scanning, and running errands are for the student workers.
