Welcome to TALC, Technology Across Languages and Cultures. The purpose of TALC is to promote the use of technology in the teaching of World Languages at St. Olaf College.

Originally sponsored by a grant from the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, the initiative is being continued with support from St. Olaf College.

TALC no longer officially exists, but this website will continue to be maintained by Margaret Hayford O'Leary
