  • Assist students and Faculty with requests and services
  • Budget Manager
  • Oversees production of promotional publications, department homepages, newsletters, brochures, and catalogue information
  • Maintain and assist with computer equipment
  • Hire, train, terminate, discipline, and supervise student workers
  • Organize and research data
  • Manage office records, teaching schedules, supplies, equipment
  • Monitor work area, office support, and student pay records
  • Maintain applicants files, make arrangements for interviews, and help with registration and orientation of new faculty
  • Manage office supplies
  • Event scheduling
  • Assist the director of The Great Conversation program
  • Compile, update, and organize class and lab schedules
  • Other related duties as assigned
