FIELD PRACTICUM TIMESHEET

Please Read these directions then click on the above link for the actual time sheet.

Tips - When recording your hours please record to the nearest quarter hour 8:00, 8:15 not 8:06, 8:13. When you take time off during the day if it is not work involved please list that in the second set of Time in Time out, then record your end of day time.
Open the document save with your name and week date, fill in the hours save and send to clarkd@stolaf.edu at the end of the 2 week period. Each two weeks give the document a new week date so you can keep track of your hours. 
To help prepare you for the work world this time sheet is the only one that will be accepted. If you have trouble with this time sheet please stop in the office and we can go over it together.
