I am living in Sister Bay, WI and working as a Kitchen and Bath Designer for Lampert Yards. My husbandand I have a 19-month-old son, Payton. We have just purchased a commercial building for my husband where he is building custom furniture.

I went to graduate school in sociology at the University of Notre Dame, receiving my PhD in 2000. I spent the spring of 1999 teaching classes in the St. Olaf soc/anthro department and loved it, but returned to finish my dissertation. Since 2000, I have been teaching in a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Sociology at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. I have a 10 month old son named Aaron, and my husband, Neal Christopherson, is also a sociologist who works in the administration at Whitman, along with teaching in sociology and coaching cross country.

Here is my little update: Gave birth to son Silas (2001) in Chile and daughter Clementine (2004) in New Hampshire. Currently living with family in northern New Hampshire and starting organizational development consultation business for non profits in NH and VT.
