Conference on Worship, Theology and the Arts

Exhibiting at CWTA is a great way to showcase your unique products and services. This bi-annual conference typically attracts 250 to 350 participants from across the nation, including pastors, musicians and artists who are leaders in worship planning and ministry. We also sponsor the Choir Connection for youth and teen that runs concurrently with the Conference on Worship, Theology and the Arts.

In addition to spiritual and mental growth, we want our participants to see music and other worship materials in our exhibit hall that they can take home to enhance the life of their congregations. This means we need you!

Your display will have excellent visibility and traffic on the ground floor of Buntrock Commons, called the Crossroads, the heart of the campus where all conference meals will be served and several special interest sessions will be held. Afternoon refreshments will be available in the Crossroads to further encourage traffic. When exhibits are open, you are responsible for your exhibit security. A security guard will be provided when the exhibits are not open, 5 a.m. to midnight.

If you are unable to attend CWTA but would like to exhibit printed materials, we will be happy to help. Simply ship your materials to us, and for a small fee of $25.00 we will arrange them on a table with other “display only” exhibitors. Please let us know if you would like us to ship leftover materials back to you. Use the Exhibitor Registration form to sign up for this service.
