Annual giving is just that: gifts to St. Olaf that are made annually and spent within one fiscal year which runs June 1- May 31.
Gifts to the annual fund are unrestricted, meaning that they are used where the need is greatest. They are used to meet a wide variety of vital needs including financial aid, library resources, faculty salaries and student-faculty research.
