Use the college's purchasing power to support environmentally benign products and services (see the website of the Buy Recycled Business Alliance at http://www.nrc-recycle.org/brba/ ).

Add environmental criteria to bidding specifications in college procurement.

Shift an increasing amount of the endowment to investments with "green" screens.

Participate in shareholder resolutions through the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility to encourage positive change in environmental and labor practices.

Create an endowment for "green" projects on campus.

Remind community members of the "Social Choice" options in their TIAA-CREF retirement funds.
