The nazar, or "evil eye" is a blue-and-white piece of glass believed by many in Turkey to have the power to ward of jealousy and other evil intentions. The symbol can be seen just about everywhere, from the walls of homes and shopes to the clothing of young children.
This particular nazar collection is in Cappadocia, a region known for its distinctive rock formations and caves.
