MyBridge You know Bridge as the database to check when you want to know if St. Olaf or Carleton own a book, video, recording, or other item you need. Bridge just got a lot easier to use now that we've implemented "MyBridge". One login The most important feature of MyBridge is that once you login (whether checking your patron record or requesting an item) the system remembers your username and password. For any subsequent requests, all you have to fill out is the location where you want to pick the item up. Remember to click the "Logout" button when you're done. Save important searches Another nice bonus: you can save "preferred searches" and then get automatic updates when we add new materials that match your search criteria. Say you are interested in a particular author. Simply log in to Bridge, do a search for that author name, and then click the button that says "Save as Preferred Search". You can review your searches when viewing your library record. For further information You can read more about MyBridge in the MyBridge FAQ. And be sure to check out Bridge next fall, after we've added more improvements like rating materials you've enjoyed (or not!). |
