House Information Systems and Personal Library Software, Inc.
Should be checked against printed copies available through the
U.S. Government Printing Office.

Constitutional Law Center
- Features an easy-to-read guide that leads visitors
through historical documents, biographies, and Supreme Court
decisions. Users can browse through the Federalist Papers, read
the Constitution, or research the lives of the Founding Fathers
or past and present Supreme Court Justices.

Information on the Internet
- Produced by the Library of Congress, THOMAS provides
an index to and the full text of bills since the 103rd Congress,

on the lawmaking process, a link to the Library of Congress
online catalog (LOCIS), guides to information on the executive
and legislative branch and state and local government, and links

Guide to Trademarks and over 300 links to reviewed sites

is a subscriber area, in which customers can securely access

- An index of most U.S. Supreme Court decisions
from 1990. Cases are indexed by topic, and can also be searched
