- Offers daily reports of developments in Eastern and Southeastern
Europe, Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia prepared by the staff
of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Includes links to individual countries.
- Roper Center
- This site is a unique resource providing access to survey
files in addition to the Japanese and Latin American Data Banks. The
site is also linked to the world's largest archive of machine-readable
public opinion data.

- The University of Michigan Documents Center's collection
of web links to political resources, including area studies, foreign
politics, international relations, state and local governments, news
media, election and polling statistics and think tanks. Strongly recommended.
- Politics
Gateway
- A central point of access to political science databases
and other sources of information on international politics. This web
site will be particularly useful for projects that involve British politics,
national constutitions, international elections and gender and politics.
In addition, this web site provides information about dozens of scholarly
databases on topics ranging from human rights to arctic research. The
site is provided by the United Kingdom's dominant political science
organization, the Political Studies Association. Strongly recommended.

- A nonpartisan organization dedicated to shaping fresh
policy approaches toward global change. Interests span geographic regions
and the relations among governments, business, international organizations
and civil society, focusing on the economic, political, and technological
forces driving global change. Through its Carnegie Moscow Center, the
Endowment helps develop a tradition of public policy analysis in the
states of the former Soviet Union and improves relations between Russia
and the United States.

Project of the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (Tufts University)
- An ongoing project to make available the texts of international
multilateral conventions and other instruments. Includes treaties in
the fields of environment, human rights, commerce and trade, laws of
war and arms control, and other areas. The vast majority of texts date
from the second half of the 20th century, but the collection also includes
historical texts, from the 1648 Treaty of Westphalia to the Covenant
of the League of Nations.
- United Nations
- The official website, maintained by the United Nations
Department of Public Information. Access to a vast collection of UN
documents on peace and security, economic and social development, human
rights, humanitarian affairs and international law. Also includes links
to live webcasts of UN meetings and events.
