Laramie Project explores after-effects of homophobic murder

The Laramie Project, written by Moisés Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Company, chronicles the events that transpired in Laramie, Wyoming, for one year after the kidnapping and beating of Matthew Shepard, a gay student at the University of Wyoming. Directed by theater faculty member William Sonnega, the play will have performances Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 12 at 7 and 10 p.m., and Oct. 13 at 3:30 p.m. in Haugen Theater on campus.
