There's more to corn than meets the eye

Patrick Gruber, Ph.D., vice president and chief technology officer for Cargill Dow LLC, best known for developing the process of making plastic from corn, will lecture today at 4 p.m. in Science Center 378 on the topic of renewable resources. Gruber, nationally recognized by industry leaders for his achievements, was recently featured in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
