State's education 'constitution' needs some amendments

Minnesota should focus its education standards, follow rules of proper English and eliminate standards that are age-inappropriate, argues Dan Forstner, an education instructor at St. Olaf College, in a commentary published in the Minneapolis-based Star Tribune.
