Economics assistant professor, Fed adviser weighs in on Minnesota economy

Assistant Professor of Economics Terry Fitzgerald, an adviser to the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis, published a study in May about the state of the state's economy. The St. Paul Pioneer Press recently interviewed Fitzgerald about his views on the level of education in Minnesota, how it may be a measure of "human capital" and more.
